Refund policy
Please note that all sales are final. Unless indicated, most of these pieces are preowned/older. Wear appropriate to age is almost always present. Condition and age will always be provided in the description as well as pictures that will accurately depict the condition of the piece. Please fully analyze the photos/description and be fully aware of the condition of the piece prior to purchasing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is damaged / lost during transit, the shipping company is responsible for the damage of that package. Package insurance depends on the customer selection when checking out.
Exceptions / Returnable items
Returns and exchanges are only accepted with the exception that an item does not match its respected description upon arrival. For example, if in the item description a necklace is described as 18 inches but in actuality is 22 inches, then that error is considered as an exception to our policy, and we will accept your request to return or exchange the item. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags (if any).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
